We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with experience in the permitting services industry to join our growing team.

Position Summary

The Senior Project Manager (SPM) will oversee the end-to-end management of permitting projects, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with municipal requirements. Acting as the primary client liaison, the SPM will coordinate with internal teams, city officials, and external stakeholders to deliver seamless project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management
  • Lead and coordinate project activities, from initiation to completion, ensuring all milestones are met.
  • Define the scope of work, manage timelines, and oversee deliverables for multiple projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve issues and align on project goals.
  • Monitor project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Track submissions and approvals through municipal processes, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Client & Team Communication
  • Serve as the primary client contact, delivering progress updates and addressing inquiries.
  • Mentor and guide project team members, fostering collaboration and best practices.
  • Review and refine project deliverables for quality assurance and compliance.

Reporting & Documentation
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports, status updates, and documentation for clients and leadership.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce (WAVE) and ensure data integrity.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of project management experience in permitting, construction, or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of municipal permitting processes, zoning, and compliance.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

Milrose Consultants, LLC is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Salary ranges are determined through alignment with market data and individual qualifications.
  • Annual Base Salary: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 USD.

Work Environment and Schedule

This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week. Our hybrid work model offers flexibility while maintaining collaboration, with a current minimum of three in-office days per week. Please note that this schedule is subject to change based on business needs.
