A Day in the Life:

• Collaborate with Sparq and client management to provide performance feedback and foster professional development for team members.
• Manage and oversee multiple project teams or client engagements, including large software implementations and ERP migrations.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies, such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, and Sprint Retrospectives, ensuring alignment with Agile best practices.
• Develop detailed project plans and ensure seamless execution of tasks, coordinating resources and addressing any escalations efficiently.
• Provide coaching and guidance to project teams, ensuring tasks are understood and executed effectively, while identifying and mitigating risks.
• Coordinate integration efforts across key applications, including SAP ECC, Blue Yonder, Manhattan WMI, and Salesforce.
• Communicate project goals, progress, and issues to clients, internal stakeholders, and executive leadership with clarity and professionalism.
• Administer project financials, manage invoices, and ensure compliance with SOW terms and deliverables.
• Participate in the interview and selection process for new engagement management team members, offering actionable feedback.

What it takes:

• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams, driving successful project outcomes.
• Experience with large software implementations and ERP migrations; SAP S/4 HANA experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with key applications such as SAP ECC, Blue Yonder, Manhattan WMI, and Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Excellent consultative skills with the ability to interact successfully with clients and internal teams.
• Flexibility to adapt and thrive within a high-growth organization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity to create innovative solutions.
• Full understanding of the software development life cycle and associated best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
