- We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead our RISE project and provide support for one of our other PMs on her project.
- The scope of the RISE project is to lead the E2E Events Management Assessment (Standardize & Streamline to one global process for all other modules)
- This role will be responsible for leading the Program which requires strong project management skills, leading a matrix team, building out a work breakdown structure, RAID log and other pertinent deliverable to manage the workstream.
Qualifications :
- PM that has BA skills and experience
- An advanced Project Manager, preferably within the Biopharma space.
- Soft Skills: High energy, forward thinking, ability to lead and drive the project team (important to have strong leadership skills)
- Business acumen: Understanding of the pharmaceutical market dynamics, commercial landscape, and key commercial drivers.
- Communication skills: Effectively present and communicate with diverse audiences from business and IT organization, US and international markets
- Leadership skills: Effectively manage/facilitate diverse audiences including senior leadership.
- Candidates must be assertive and a strong leader.
- A personality that can take charge.
- Candidates must have strong Business Analysis experience.
