A role you will love

Reporting to the Manager of the Project Management Office, this role is responsible for the facilitation and execution of customer and internal stakeholder projects. The Senior PM will ensure all projects are delivered within defined timelines and scope utilizing the defined governance, methodology and processes.

Other Responsibilities include:
End-to-end project management and higher level program management for application development, including complete accountability of solution design, requirements gathering, analysis, development, testing and deployment
Coaches and mentors Project Managers
Define, maintain, and communicate Project Tasks/Risks, for multiple projects utilizing defined project management processes and methodologies
Manage customer and internal stakeholder expectations including the facilitation of meetings and deliverables
Develop and maintains productive working relationships with business owners, project sponsors, solution consultants, business analysts, architects, programmers, testers, and customers
Develop and provide project status reports to internal and external stakeholders
Provides program level governance where applicable

What will you bring to the role?
Minimum of 7 years of experience executing projects
Experience with Project Management software (PPM) such as MS Project, Planwell, Clarity, or similar software
Experience with planning, managing, and tracking multiple projects simultaneously
Experience coordinating, encouraging and motivating internal teams
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
Professional, high integrity, results/goal oriented
Track record of successful project delivery/execution
Ability to develop and maintain relationships (internally and externally)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Bonus points if you have:
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Understanding of Change Management methodologies
Knowledge of SDLC and Project Management methodologies
Experience delivering/executing projects utilizing Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies
Experience working with remote teams

Compensation. The typical base salary range for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year USD.
