Senior Project Manager

We are one of Washington DC's premier General Contractors focused in the commercial market sectors. We are looking to bring on a Senior Project Manager to the team in DC. Specifically with a focus on K-12 projects or Historical Renovations. If this sounds like you, please read on.

What you will do:

• K-12, Historical Renovations & other commercial projects
• Ground-up new construction
• Manage projects from start to finish
• Mentor Project management staff
• Work along side job site crews to assure project success

What you need:

• 5+ years of project management experience
• 3+ years of commercial
• k-12 a huge plus
• BS in Construction Management or related
