Description:

Boundless Life Sciences is looking for a full time Senior Project Manager with very strong traditional and digital pharma experience to manage projects from concept to delivery. Highly collaborative and self-driven candidates must be familiar with the roles played by Strategy, Copywriting, Design, Editorial, Studio, Print Production, User Experience, and Digital Development. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing various project components, inclusive of timelines and estimates, but also to inform the stakeholders of progress, intermediate results, potential problems and suggested corrective actions. Boundless is a full-service advertising agency, built from the ground up to meet the evolving needs of modern healthcare brands. Our company is now successfully working remotely and therefore we are open to locations throughout the United States.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Project Leadership:
  • Lead and oversee multi-channel marketing projects, ensuring strategic alignment with client goals, organizational priorities, and industry standards.
  • Design and manage comprehensive project roadmaps, integrating timelines, resource planning, and interdependencies.
  • Anticipate risks and challenges, leading the development and implementation of proactive solutions to maintain Project success.
  • Drive Project innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and client satisfaction.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams, serving as the senior point of contact for project updates, challenges, and strategic insights.
  • Facilitate collaboration across Account, Creative, Digital, and Strategy teams, ensuring alignment and seamless Project execution.
  • Represent Boundless in high-level client meetings, influencing decision-making, managing expectations, and fostering long-term partnerships.

Operational Excellence and Process Optimization:
  • Champion the continuous improvement of workflows and processes to optimize Project delivery.
  • Manage Project tools, such as Gantt charts, trackers, and documentation, ensuring real-time visibility into Project progress and accountability.
  • Oversee approval processes through platforms like Ziflow, ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.

Financial and Compliance Management:
  • Collaborate with Financial and Account teams to manage project budgets, ensure financial accuracy, and deliver within scope.
  • Ensure adherence to healthcare and pharmaceutical industry guidelines, including Med/Legal submission processes and compliance standards.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose innovative ways to maximize Project value.

Leadership and Team Development:
  • Mentor and guide Project Managers and Associate Project Managers, providing feedback and opportunities for growth.
  • Foster a high-performing team culture by leading by example, driving accountability, and encouraging collaboration.
  • Take ownership of cross-functional project team meetings, ensuring clarity in roles, deliverables, and priorities.
  • Demonstrate leadership by independently managing high-complexity projects and contributing to the professional development of peers.

Advanced Problem-Solving and Innovation:
  • Proactively identify and resolve high-stakes challenges, leveraging creative thinking and strategic insight.
  • Contribute to organizational learning by sharing best practices, driving innovation, and championing process enhancements.
  • Influence organizational strategies by providing data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • 5-7 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role within a marketing or pharmaceutical agency environment.
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale, complex projects across multiple channels and stakeholders.
  • Mastery of project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Monday.com, Asana) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Ziflow).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire diverse teams and clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing regulations and compliance standards.
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
