Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between the design team, owner, general contractor, and subcontractors.
- Facilitate project communication and address evolving site conditions.
- Oversee the RFI and submittal process to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Manage and coordinate all project team resources, including internal and external consultants.
- Represent the design team in construction and project closeout activities.
- Collaborate with the contractor team to address questions and resolve RFIs promptly.
- Schedule and oversee site visits by lead engineers, architects, and consultants.
- Ensure effective communication and follow-up during weekly construction meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural Engineering, or Construction Management.
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect registration preferred (or willingness to pursue licensure).
- At least 7 years of experience in engineering, project management, or construction management.
- Ability to work on-site with occasional travel.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
