Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary liaison between the design team, owner, general contractor, and subcontractors.
  • Facilitate project communication and address evolving site conditions.
  • Oversee the RFI and submittal process to ensure compliance with design specifications.
  • Manage and coordinate all project team resources, including internal and external consultants.
  • Represent the design team in construction and project closeout activities.
  • Collaborate with the contractor team to address questions and resolve RFIs promptly.
  • Schedule and oversee site visits by lead engineers, architects, and consultants.
  • Ensure effective communication and follow-up during weekly construction meetings.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect registration preferred (or willingness to pursue licensure).
  • At least 7 years of experience in engineering, project management, or construction management.
  • Ability to work on-site with occasional travel.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
