Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of project activities
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of project execution including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Utilize project management software tools such as Procore and Bluebeam for effective project tracking
- Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, budget adherence, and safety protocols
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Prepare detailed project forecasts and reports for stakeholders
- Collaborate with the mechanical and HVAC teams to ensure project specifications are met
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the construction industry
- Proven experience with HVAC and mechanical systems
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated experience with budgeting and financial management
- Familiarity with project management tools like Procore and Bluebeam
- Exceptional planning, scheduling, and forecasting skills
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
