Senior Project Manager

Position Overview
The Senior Project Manager will lead and oversee multiple construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of project activities
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of project execution including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Utilize project management software tools such as Procore and Bluebeam for effective project tracking
• Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, budget adherence, and safety protocols
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Prepare detailed project forecasts and reports for stakeholders
• Collaborate with the mechanical and HVAC teams to ensure project specifications are met

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the construction industry
• Proven experience with HVAC and mechanical systems
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated experience with budgeting and financial management
• Familiarity with project management tools like Procore and Bluebeam
• Exceptional planning, scheduling, and forecasting skills
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
