About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage land development projects from conception to completion. This role is ideal for a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the state of Florida who excels in design oversight, project coordination, and client engagement. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed proposals, budgets, and client agreements.
• Lead and oversee the design and technical execution of projects including engineering design, calculations, reports, permitting, and presentations.
• Write responses to RFQs and solicitations from public and private clients.
• Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, public agency officials, and community leaders.
• Coordinate and monitor project tasks, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
• Guide and support the technical and professional growth of the project team(s).
• Participate in the development and improvement of company-wide design and production standards.
• Actively engage with professional associations and civic organizations to represent the company in the community.
• Prepare creation reports and bond applications for Municipal Utility Districts (MUDs).
• Attend monthly MUD board meetings and contribute to discussions related to development and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of Florida.
• 8+ years of experience managing civil engineering projects, preferably in land development.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong background in client relations and stakeholder engagement, including with MUDs and public agencies.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams of engineers and technical professionals.
• Active participation in professional and civic organizations.
