Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact initiatives across cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

This role is responsible for the successful delivery of complex projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business goals, managing risks, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders at all levels.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience managing large-scale technology or business transformation programs.

Experience working in Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid environments and the ability to handle ambiguity with a solution-oriented mindset is key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and deliver large-scale projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring clarity of scope, roles, milestones, and deliverables.
• Define project objectives and manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Facilitate decision-making and remove roadblocks to maintain project momentum.
• Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Provide regular project updates, dashboards, and status reports to leadership.
• Ensure project documentation is current and maintained according to PMO standards.
• Support continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.
• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years leading enterprise-level projects
• Proven track record managing cross-functional teams and large stakeholder groups
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet)
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certification is a plus
