CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Senior Property Manager is $170,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Senior Real Property Manager is $185,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401k, dental insurance, health insurance, life insurance, and vision insurance.

What You'll Do:
- Provide formal supervision to employees. Supervise the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and mentoring. Lead all aspects of the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
- Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department timelines. Mentor and coach as needed.
- Respond to high profile tenant needs and issues.
- Act as primary contact with property owners, serving as owner representative to ensure that objectives are being met. Prepare and deliver timely, accurate and complete reports.
- Develop and control annual budgets for large operating and capital expenses. Forecast complex management plans and prepare monthly performance reports, explaining variances.
- Help build advanced programs that will assist the property with emergency recoveries.
- Prepare and approve all required legal notices. Recommend and coordinate legal action as necessary.
- Review tenant rent and common area maintenance recovery charges to ensure payment is timely.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement.
- Apply knowledge of own subject area and how own field integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.

- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Real Estate License required. CPM or RPA professional designation or candidacy preferred. Knowledge of Yardi or MRI is also preferred.
- Experience handling a full portfolio of office, high-rise, and industrial properties is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers and ability to effectively present information.
- Ability to respond efficiently to critical issues.
- Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions and conduct sophisticated financial analysis. Heavy reporting and accounting financials required.
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents and skill to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
- Ability to own the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
- Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job team, multiple job fields, and department.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mentality.
