About the Role
Capitol Bridge is seeking an experienced Senior Proposal Manager that specializes in managing medical review proposals. In this role you will work in a dynamic environment managing multiple, large and small scale proposals simultaneously. This position will be responsible for interpreting complex federal, and state Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements and developing compliant proposals.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, with flexibility required to support business needs

Job Responsibilities
- Develop high quality proposals in response to complex government RFPs
- Effectively manage the proposal development process and collaborate with stakeholders from across the organization
- Key contributor in the medical review opportunity review process
- In depth understanding of the medical review marketplace and familiarity with federal and state acquisition strategies
- Effectively lead Pink, Red, and Gold team proposal color review cycles
- Coordinate proposal production and delivery process
Qualifications
- 20+ years of proposal management experience required
- 15+ years of experience managing state and federal medical review proposals required
- 5+ years of experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro and related proposal development tools preferred
- In depth expertise, and understanding of State Medical Review RFPs, and typical acquisition strategies required
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) - Foundation certification preferred
- Agile SAFE Practitioner preferred
