Position Snapshot
As a Senior QA Engineer, you will lead our quality assurance efforts by developing and executing comprehensive test strategies, managing testing teams, and ensuring the performance and reliability of our health tech products. You will oversee test automation frameworks, mentor junior team members, and work cross-functionally to continuously improve quality standards. Your strategic oversight and deep expertise will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity and success of our software solutions. This position will report to the Software Engineering Manager.

As a Senior QA Engineer, you will lead our quality assurance efforts by developing and executing comprehensive test strategies, managing testing teams, and ensuring the performance and reliability of our health tech products. You will oversee test automation frameworks, mentor junior team members, and work cross-functionally to continuously improve quality standards. Your strategic oversight and deep expertise will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity and success of our software solutions. This position will report to the Software Engineering Manager.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust test plans covering manual and automated testing to ensure software quality
- Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, review their work, and foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of automated testing frameworks and tools
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to integrate QA processes throughout the development lifecycle
- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and continuous process enhancement
- Monitor test metrics, analyze outcomes, and present detailed reports on product quality
- Oversee test environment setup, configuration, and readiness for releases
Experience and Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software quality assurance with demonstrated leadership responsibilities.
- Extensive experience with automated testing tools and frameworks, UiPath preferred
- Deep understanding of QA methodologies, software development lifecycles, and defect management
- Proven track record in mentoring and leading QA teams
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience working within Agile development environments
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Advanced certifications in QA or software testing are preferred
