- Requires general instructions on routine work, but guidance on new assignments
- Participates in test development and test execution activities of the testing service
- Contributes to testing strategies and plans
- Reviews test cases, test results, and defects for accuracy and compliance with project standards
- Provides test status, test results, and other quality-related metrics to the lead
- Participates in requirements sessions
