Position Summary Metrea's Platform Team is searching for a results-oriented Senior Quality Assurance Analyst with ERP, Supply Chain, and Maintenance system implementation/support experience. Aerospace industry experience would be ideal. Primary responsibilities are creation of test scenarios/scripts for the implementation of new systems/features, conducting testing, regression testing for system upgrades, end user documentation and support. The position will require a strong business and some technical background, coupled with the ability to interact with all levels of personnel. The individual will have the autonomy to work as a team member and independently on our Enterprise projects, which includes the implementation of Aircraft logistics, maintenance, and flight operation systems. Work will primarily be remote, but some travel may be required.

Essential Functions Statement:
  • Participate in project planning of testing, training, and documentation activities
  • Work closely with project team and end users, in order to gather information specific to procedures, testing, and training
  • Creation of test scenarios, test scripts, and expected results
  • Execution of manual test scripts
  • Development and execution of automated test scripts, where applicable
  • Creation of end user procedures and training materials
  • End user support specific to resolving application/end user training issues
  • System configuration
  • Assists with administrative tasks, such as project plan maintenance, documentation filing, and scheduling meetings

  • Experience in creating functional system test scenarios/scripts, tracking test results, and end user procedures

  • Strong experience in implementing packaged and/or custom systems
  • Experience in supply chain systems
  • Experience with Aviation flight operation and maintenance systems, is a plus
  • Experience with project accounting systems is a plus
  • Good grasp of systems from "big picture" integration perspective
  • Expertise in MS Office suite. Visio experience would be a plus
  • Ability to train end users on system features and functionality
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must be organized, focused and able to deliver under tight time lines
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills, with the ability to interact with various levels of personnel, including end users, management, and developers

Supervisory Responsibility
This role has some supervisory responsibilities over resources, vendors and tasks.

Work Environment
Work will primarily be remote. If any onsite visits are required, then this job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Typical working hours of Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m CST, which may vary. Hours and work shifts may change in accordance with department and business needs. Exempt employees must have the ability to be on-call and available outside of typical working hours, as business needs require.

Required Education, Experience and Certificates
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or closely related field.
Experience: 3+ years of experience:
  • Business Analyst
  • System Testing
  • System Implementation Projects

Computer Skills: Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite Programs; Word, Excel, PowerPoint (and Visio would be a plus).

Certificates: NA

Additional Eligibility Qualifications
Must be able to accomplish any and all duties with minimal assistance.
Must have excellent command of the English language; oral and written.
