SUMMARY
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Senior Recruiter with extensive experience in the aerospace and defense industry. This role is critical in our talent acquisition process and requires a dynamic individual skilled in recruitment strategies while actively participating in every stage of the hiring process. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and candidates to attract and secure top talent for complex engineering, business development, and corporate positions.
RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience of hands-on recruitment experience in engineering and/or manufacturing setting.
Proven ability to fill a variety of positions in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced performance driven environment where quality is critical
A proactive and solution-oriented approach, with a passion for finding the right talent.
Able to work cooperatively in a team.

- Actively engage and lead the recruitment cycle, from job analysis and posting to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Conduct and coordinate in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and industry events to find and attract candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and educational institutions.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and create tailored recruitment strategies.
- Provide training and support to hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and candidate evaluation.

- Provide training and support to hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and candidate evaluation.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and create tailored recruitment strategies.
