The Senior Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles, from sourcing and attracting top talent to ensuring a smooth hiring process. The Senior Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and provide guidance throughout the hiring process. This role requires advanced knowledge of recruitment techniques, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The Senior Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles, from sourcing and attracting top talent to ensuring a smooth hiring process. The Senior Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and provide guidance throughout the hiring process. This role requires advanced knowledge of recruitment techniques, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the complete recruitment process, from candidate attraction to successful hire.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies and placing advertisements for all recruitment via our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), social media, internal communications and our website.
- Communicating with candidates regarding queries, employment offers, and interview feedback.
- Screen and interview candidates and provide selection consultation to hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines, hiring metrics, and recruitment reports to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay informed on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices to provide valuable insights to the HR team and hiring managers.
- Supporting and attending recruitment related events.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience of full-cycle recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead recruiter role.
- Previous experience in an in-house recruitment role within a high volume, fast paced environment.
- Proven success in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for a wide range of roles, including technical, executive, and specialized positions.
- Great, clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and remain calm under pressure.
- Great organization skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines and objectives.
- Sharp critical thinking and decision-making abilities - you know how to think on your feet.
- A high sense of urgency - you thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments and always keep things moving!
- Great Microsoft office skills.
- Experience in Workday preferred.
