What You'll Do:

As a Senior Recruiter at Join Parachute, you will own the hiring process for corporate and operational leadership roles. You'll partner with hiring managers, develop strategic sourcing approaches, and ensure a seamless candidate experience-all while operating with a high level of independence.

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate and operations leadership roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, refine job descriptions, and develop targeted recruiting strategies.
  • Leverage data and market insights to advise on talent trends and best hiring practices.
  • Proactively source high-quality candidates through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience, managing communication and coordination throughout the hiring process.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Data-driven and process-oriented, always looking for ways to improve efficiency.
  • Independent and proactive, able to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight.
  • Committed to delivering an exceptional candidate experience and building strong talent pipelines.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on corporate roles.
