Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for our Americas region, supporting both technical and non-technical roles across our B2B SaaS organization. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition, this role will act as a strategic hiring partner to leaders and hiring teams, driving best-in-class recruiting processes and building diverse, high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting across a range of roles-engineering, product, sales, marketing, customer success, finance and more-for the Americas region
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, coaching them on hiring best practices, market trends, and talent strategy
- Source and attract top talent throughout various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media and employee referrals (extra points for creativity here)
- Champion a best-in-class candidate experience from first touch to offer stage and beyond
- Partner cross-functionally with Total Rewards, Finance, HR Business Partners, and other key stakeholders to align on compensation, budget, headcount planning, and organizational design to support strategic hiring goals
- Collaborate on employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to help tell our story, amplify our brand, and attract top-tier talent through compelling content and candidate touchpoints
- Set up, monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize processes and improve outcomes
- Help elevate and evolve our global TA processes, tools, and systems in collaboration with the broader Talent team
- Define and drive process building through levels of ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
Required Experience/Skills:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS company
- Experience recruiting for both technical (e.g., engineering, product) and non-technical (e.g., sales, marketing) roles
- Proven ability to be a strategic partner and trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders
- Strong understanding of the Americas talent market, with a deep awareness of sourcing best practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills-you're proactive, empathetic, and solutions-focused
- Experience working with ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Comfortable working independently in a globally distributed team
- Willingness to work flexible hours to support a globally distributed team across multiple time zones
