Key Details:
  • Pay: Starting at $75,000, plus bonus

  • Location: We work from our home offices, as well as our co-working space at Urban Office, and occasionally onsite with our clients.
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday; 40+ hours per week; regular business hours with some flexibility

Who You Are: As a Senior Recruiter/Account Manager, your interpersonal and communication skills will stand out as you actively engage with clients and candidates every day. Additional qualifications include:
  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment working in HR Management, Recruitment Agency, or Consulting Industry required.
  • 1+ years of experience in client account management
  • Demonstrated skills in sales and business development.
  • Demonstrated skills in project management, client communication, and career coaching.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple candidate pipelines simultaneously.
  • Proactive and results-driven mindset, focusing on achieving targets and meeting employer needs.
  • High School diploma is required; a degree in an applicable field is a plus.


What You'll Do: The Senior Recruiter/Account Manager will lead client intake calls, identify recruitment objectives, and provide strategic guidance to ensure successful placements. They will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for client projects, including creating job ads, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring compliance with EEO standards. They will maintain accurate records in internal systems, track recruitment metrics, and participate in weekly client check-ins to update progress and address issues. Business development is a key aspect, with responsibilities for actively scouting potential clients, building long-term relationships, and expanding the client base through outreach and networking efforts. The Senior Recruiter/Account Manager will also project manage and mentor those who support the recruitment channel and encourage ongoing professional development while meeting productivity and performance goals.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Conduct thorough intake calls to identify client recruitment goals and objectives, providing expert advice on best practices and offering solutions for effective recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Collaborate with clients to draft and deliver clear and detailed Scope of Work documents and other necessary agreements, ensuring alignment with the client's recruitment needs and project specifications.
  • Proactively identify challenges during the recruitment process and develop creative solutions, working closely with the consulting team to align recruitment strategies with broader HR initiatives and goals.
  • Engage in regular client meetings to provide status updates on ongoing recruitment efforts, discuss billing, address escalated issues, and establish action plans for moving forward.
  • Utilize strategic closing techniques and negotiation tactics to secure candidate placements while managing client retention strategies for active and inactive clients.
  • Lead new business development efforts by identifying potential clients, conducting outreach through various methods (phone, email, social networks), and building long-term, strategic relationships.
  • Foster an inclusive recruitment environment by maintaining professional and transparent communication with clients and candidates at all stages.
  • Achieve internal productivity goals, including billable time, candidate placements, and retention metrics, while continuously pursuing professional growth through ongoing learning and development of industry knowledge.
  • Represent HR Annie Consulting by participating in and/or presenting at various workshops, trainings, speaking engagements, and other events hosted or sponsored by the company.
  • Represent HR Annie Consulting by attending various networking events to enhance the company's name recognition, develop new business, support candidate initiatives, promote HR Annie clients, and cultivate skills and expertise.
