The Company is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation range for this role is $160,000 - $210,000 and this position is eligible for benefits that include medical insurance (health, dental, and vision), retirement plan, paid time off, paid parental leave, new business and employee referral bonuses, etc. Please note that the compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for New York City based hires only and is provided pursuant to the New York City Pay Transparency Law. Responsibilities
Talent Attraction:
- Collaborate with a cross functional team to design and execute a market-leading hiring strategy aligned with our agency's vision and values
- Assist with building and enhancing our talent brand, ensuring it resonates both internally and externally
- Introduce innovative, creative approaches to the hiring and sourcing process that reflect agency pride and culture
- Develop and maintain active and passive talent pipelines for all levels and functions
- Establish strategic partnerships with staffing agencies and organizations to support critical skills and diversity sourcing efforts
Process Effectiveness:
- Partner with People Business Partners (PBPs), agency leaders and hiring managers to create seamless, inclusive, and efficient candidate experience
- Leverage AI and other advanced tools to design, automate, and optimize hiring processes, systems, and metrics, improving workflow efficiency and enhancing the candidate experience
- Establish and monitor KPIs and dashboards to measure recruiting quality and process effectiveness, identify trends and recommend strategic adjustments to enhance outcomes
- Foster strong relationships with all stakeholders by offering guidance and expertise to achieve hiring goals
Program Management and Innovation:
- Support, design and lead programs and training sessions to upskill hiring managers and interviewers
- Cultivate relationships and represent the agency at industry events, career fairs, and networking opportunities
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to innovate employment branding strategies using social channels and emerging technologies
- Partner with PBPs to address skill gaps and future workforce needs by integrating DEIB goals into a comprehensive hiring strategy
- Stay updated on relevant labor laws and recruitment trends, leveraging insights to keep us ahead of the curve
Requirements
- 8+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on creative and marketing industry strongly desired
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proven ability to recruit at all levels, from emerging talent to senior leadership, with cultural fluency
- Executive presence with exceptional sr. stakeholder management, communication and project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt proactively to evolving priorities and organizational changes, while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
- Strong connections within the marketing and creative industries, including staffing agencies and diverse talent networks
- Proven experience integrating AI-driven solutions in the hiring process
- Creative thinker with a passion for building innovative programs and effective processes
- Skillful negotiation and problem-solving abilities, particularly in complex situations, with a consultative and strategic mindset
- Excellent attention to detail
- Expertise in recruiting platforms and Google Suite
