About the role
We're looking for a motivated and personable individual to join our customer success team, focused on member retention and satisfaction. In this role, you'll engage with current members daily, ensuring they're getting the most out of their Range membership and addressing any concerns to enhance their experience. You'll also identify opportunities to upsell additional services while finding creative ways to keep our community engaged and thriving.
This role is based at Range's Headquarters in McLean, VA or one of our hubs in New York City, Seattle, or Austin. Employees hired for this position will work in office Monday-Friday. If you are not currently located in one of these areas, your willingness to relocate will be a contingency for employment.

What you'll do with us
- Build and maintain strong member relationships
- Set strategy for proactive outreach to member base and retention efforts
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services
- Track all member communications and distill learnings back to leadership and product
- Report weekly retention metrics to leadership team
What will set you apart
- 5+ years experience in a client-facing role
- Strong organizational, leadership, and written communication skills
- BS or BA preferred
- Experience working in financial services industry
- An interest in the tech industry and/or experience with start-ups
- Consumer fintech experience
