The Senior Reliability Consultant has a major impact on extending the useful life of its clients' assets, improving performance and equipment availability.
You want to transfer your knowledge and know-how in reliability to a diverse customer base that offers different industrial processes. The Senior Reliability Consultant has a major impact on extending the useful life of its clients' assets, improving performance and equipment availability.
You want to transfer your knowledge and know-how in reliability to a diverse customer base that offers different industrial processes. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Your expertise and recommendations support our clients in the overall management of their assets and offer them added value beyond the costs of consulting.
- You ensure the protection and extension of their assets through reliability audits and an analysis of the results. You have an ability to explain and present the value of the approach at all decision-making levels, which will result in the implementation of a reliability approach.
- Your reliability maintenance strategies and the implementation of specific management tools for programs or equipment contribute to improving the performance of their operations.
- Your passion for process optimization in the plant allows you to ensure the implementation of reliability implementation or improvement programs such as conditional monitoring programs, including vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasound analysis, oil analysis.
- You are passionate about helping companies develop to their full potential.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a DEC in an equivalent discipline.
- 15 to 20 years of relevant experience in reliability and asset management, in an industrial environment, experience in consulting an asset.
- Proven skills in leadership, coaching and demonstrated ability to influence others in adopting best practices.
- Capable of interacting with all levels of the organization.
- Experience managing the implementation of best practices in asset management or in improvement of reliability programs in industry.
- CMRP certification or equivalent is an important asset.
- Familiarity with the following methodologies or tools; criticality analysis, FMEA, PMO, RCM, MRO, ODR, RCA, CMMS.
- Strong knowledge of French (written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge of English, would be considered an asset
- Ease of report writing.
