Job Summary
As a Senior Remarketing Program Manager, you will make ample use of your existing analytical, communication, and time management skills while also developing new ones as part of PRC's Portfolio Management team. This will include updating, analyzing, and preparing various reports for management. This colleague will chiefly be responsible for asset risk of new transactions and remarketing returning equipment. The Senior Remarketing Program Manager shall be able to identify and mitigate risk with opportunities that PRC uncovers. The colleague will be interfacing with Clients to coordinate equipment returns, remarket returned equipment and provide asset values to Pricing. They will also provide guidance and expertise to a team of Remarketing Specialists, assisting with questions and processes, though this role does not include formal direct reports. Additionally, the colleague will need to collaborate with departments throughout the company including, but not limited to, Accounting, Accounts Receivable Management, Funding, Treasury and Sales.

Key Responsibilities
New Pricing Opportunities
- Research future wholesale values for equipment directed by Pricing.
- Develop and maintain asset evaluation database.
- Advise Management of all special equipment nuances.
Equipment Returns
- Upon receiving a Notice of Return from Clients, provide Termination Acknowledgement and Return Material Authorization "RMA" forms to the Client.
- Direct return process with Client to the provided return facility.
- Resolve issues if Client return is not completed in a timely manner.
Remarketing
- Develop and maintain relationships with remarketers (wholesale, retail, auctions, etc.).
- Continue to grow remarketer database, increasing diversification.
- Negotiate with third parties for equipment purchases. Maximize every equipment sale.
- Resolve issues if the audit process is not completed in a timely manner
- Assess audits vs. the contract return provisions.
- Determine and advise all returns, damages, and chargebacks to Client and Portfolio Management.
- Establish monthly reporting based on remarketing KPIs.
- Other tasks or projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Equipment leasing/financing industry experience required.
- 7-10 years of remarketing experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required (preferably in Business or a related field).
- Positive work attitude and approach to daily tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional phone and email etiquette.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and
- multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivots, various formulas a plus).
- General knowledge of workflows (task based) within a CRM.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $115,000 - $130,000
- Performance Bonus: Eligible for a quarterly bonus of up to 10%, bringing the total compensation range to $126,500-$143,000.
