The Colleague Experience Group (formerly HR) is focused on providing a great colleague experience every day. Our mission is to obsess over understanding the colleague experience at a deeper level to co-create simple and great ways of working that enable everyone to be and deliver their best. Within CEG, the Colleague Services (CS) organization plays a critical role in providing outstanding services, capabilities, data, and insights to enable that great colleague experience. The organization builds and operates products and services to enable CEG and the business
This position will be part of the Colleague Services function within CEG. This is a brand new, high-visibility position and offers a unique opportunity to re-design and build effective business processes from the ground up, playing a pivotal role in shaping our strong risk management culture, and defining our strategy and compliance efforts for CEG globally.
This individual will work in close partnership with Control Management and the CEG First Line process owners, to drive process excellence and project management support and serve as the CEG point of contact and subject matter expert for expanded operational and regulatory requirements. As part of this role, this Senior Manager will work with CEG process owners to develop and maintain process documentation as per the RCSA (Risk & Control Self-Assessment) and PRSA (Process Risk Self-Assessment) enterprise timelines.

How will you make an impact in this role?
- Under the RCSA framework, create new process documents for most complex CEG processes including process flows and Standard Operating Procedures, pulling in CEG SME input from process owners.
- Provide coaching and support to CEG process owners for creation of RCSA process documents for simpler CEG processes, and also for PRSA refreshes.
- Ensure timely raising of Issues identified through RCSA and PRSA risk assessments as per Issue Management process.
- Co-ordinate testing of processes across CEG process owners.
- Work with CEG Product team to agree priorities for control automation and act as SME BU owner as part of Value Co-Creation model when automation solutions need to be developed.
- Support other aspects of Operational Risk Management and Enterprise Risk Management processes as they apply to CEG.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ year of proven experience in risk management or relevant field.
- Experience working with Control Management, 2nd and 3rd line teams.
- Decisive self-starter with high degree of accountability and experience leading teams through change.
- Executive presence with ability to exercise sound business judgment and clear, independent decision-making.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills to lead, influence and drive consensus among individuals from a variety of business groups.
- Deep experience in process mapping/documentation, development of robust process controls/process automation initiatives.
- Proven Project Management Skills with the ability to manage multiple complex items simultaneously.
- Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional or broad stakeholder teams of peers, driving towards goals in time-sensitive and rapidly changing situations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in MS Visio and Archer technology platforms.
- RCSA implementation experience.
- BA/BS Degree or MBA.
