Purpose
The Senior Sales Enablement Analyst will contribute directly to achieving Roseburg's ambitious goals for sales growth and profit optimization by enabling strategic decision-making through research, analytics, and development of capabilities and tools that lead to actionable business recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead major efforts related to Sales analytics including identifying key issues to address, defining sources, querying, structuring, synthesizing, and analyzing data to provide sales recommendations, particularly related to pricing and customer account planning
- Develop standard dashboards and reports; communicate and champion these throughout the Sales team
- To support various Sales initiatives, "run point" on data-related topics to support numerous workstreams pricing, product strategy, competitive positioning, logistics, market structure, and related Sales topics
- Create analytical solutions for both ad hoc questions and recurring business needs
- Teach, simplify, and promote analytical tools and methods at numerous levels throughout Roseburg (including Executive)
- Collaborate across multiple functions including Sales, Planning/SIOP, IT, and Finance to facilitate forecasting and budgeting processes
- Perform industry and product research with an ability to sift through a variety of research formats and large volumes of data, resulting in user-friendly data resources
- Analyze internal financial and customer data to generate relevant connections and insight
- Stay abreast of industry trends, including competitor performance, building materials and wood products innovations, and housing trends

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, etc.
- 4-6 years of work experience in either Sales Strategy / Consulting / Sales Operations / Analytics or combination of experience and education.
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, interpersonal, relationship building, strong attention to detail, and the ability perform work with a high level of autonomy
- Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills and knowledge of tools such as Business Objects, Tableau, and similar tools; ability to code/program/query within these tools at an advanced level
- Demonstrated ability to teach others - particularly with a focus on simplifying large or complex data
- Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects concurrently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within manufacturing, ideally in a building materials business
