We are seeking a dynamic Senior SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) Manager to join our Environmental & Airframe Control Systems (EACS) team. In this role, you will drive and mature the SIOP process across multiple sites and value streams, ensuring alignment between customer demand and operational capability. You will serve as a key liaison between business analytics, site operations, and senior leadership-translating complex data into strategic insights, actionable plans, and meaningful outcomes. What You Will Do
  • Lead and enhance the SIOP process across a defined value stream and multiple Collins Aerospace sites.
  • Develop and implement supply, demand, and inventory planning strategies.
  • Own the monthly SIOP review process and present key findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Analyze and interpret large datasets to create forward-looking plans that align production capacity with customer demand.
  • Identify gaps between customer requirements and manufacturing capabilities, driving actions to close them.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, operations, finance, and program management teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy, inventory optimization, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead change management efforts, fostering SIOP process maturity across the organization.
  • Champion Raytheon Technologies' CORE Operating System and values.


Qualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.


Qualifications We Prefer
  • Working experience in supply chain, operations planning, and/or business analytics within the manufacturing industry.
  • Experience leading SIOP processes in a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
  • APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
