We are seeking a dynamic Senior SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) Manager to join our Environmental & Airframe Control Systems (EACS) team. The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. What You Will Do
- Lead and enhance the SIOP process across a defined value stream and multiple Collins Aerospace sites.
- Develop and implement supply, demand, and inventory planning strategies.
- Own the monthly SIOP review process and present key findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Analyze and interpret large datasets to create forward-looking plans that align production capacity with customer demand.
- Identify gaps between customer requirements and manufacturing capabilities, driving actions to close them.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, operations, finance, and program management teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy, inventory optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Lead change management efforts, fostering SIOP process maturity across the organization.
- Champion Raytheon Technologies' CORE Operating System and values.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Working experience in supply chain, operations planning, and/or business analytics within the manufacturing industry.
- Experience leading SIOP processes in a complex, matrixed environment.
- Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
