We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join our Direct Sales team in Montreal and who will share our Company values.

What You'll Be Contributing:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow direct customer accounts in Canada and the USA;
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships;
- Lead sales cycles from prospecting to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships;
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with customer needs and company objectives;
- Provide mentorship and motivation to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture;
- Stay ahead of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
What Sets You Apart:
- Proven track record in B2B direct sales, preferably in IT solutions, hardware, or technology services;
- 7-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3-5 years in a senior or leadership role;
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify customer pain points and present value-driven solutions;
- Exceptional leadership skills - a self-motivated driver who inspires and energizes others;
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels;
- Willingness to travel as needed within Canada and the USA.
