Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy:

    • Create and execute effective sales plans and forecasts.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing sales team.

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts.
    • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.

  • Revenue Generation:

    • Manage and optimize sales budgets.

  • Operational Excellence:

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel sales management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
