We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Representative / Account Manager to manage and expand our relationships within the VA, DOD, and with manufacturer/distributor partners. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of government procurement processes, contracting vehicles, and managing vendor relationships. This is a remote position.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Representative / Account Manager to manage and expand our relationships within the VA, DOD, and with manufacturer/distributor partners. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of government procurement processes, contracting vehicles, and managing vendor relationships. This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within VA, DOD, and manufacturer/distributor partners.
- Manage sales cycles and navigate procurement processes using contracting vehicles such as Federal Supply Schedule (FSS), Medical Surgical Prime Vendor (MSPV), Electronic Catalog (ECAT), and Distribution and Pricing Agreement (DAPA).
- Identify and secure new opportunities for growth and expansion; lead calls for these opportunities by articulating how the product fits strategically at the VA, DoD, and overall federal government procurement.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to win new business.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM for tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activity.
- Prepare responses to solicitations and other opportunities within the federal government.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of products and services.
Qualifications:
- Significant experience in medical product sales to VA and DOD.
- Familiarity with procurement processes, contracting vehicles (FSS, MSPV, ECAT, DAPA, etc), and government contracting requirements.
- Prior experience either with another reputable distributor or directly within the VA preferred.
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
