Job Description:

Seeking a Senior SAP Program Manager with over 15 years of experience to lead enterprise product delivery and transformation initiatives focused on SAP ERP solutions and related applications (Ariba, Coupa, Concur, SuccessFactors). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving strategic enhancements, providing end-to-end functional and technical solutions, and optimizing procurement, manufacturing & inventory, demand forecasting, and NPI life cycles for Fortune 500 organizations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee SAP ERP and satellite applications implementation, ensuring seamless integration.
• Lead strategic enhancements and transformation initiatives across procurement, manufacturing, and inventory functions.
• Optimize demand forecasting and new product introduction (NPI) life cycles.
• Manage project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring cost efficiency.
• Work cross-functionally with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth deployment.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives to improve overall operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 15+ years of SAP Program Management experience.
• Expertise in SAP ERP and enterprise applications (Ariba, Coupa, Concur, SuccessFactors).
• Strong background in supply chain optimization and enterprise transformation.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end implementations in B2B & B2C environments.
• Experience working with Fortune 500 companies in large-scale digital transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills
