How You'll Make an Impact
As a Senior Product Manager within the Strategic Partnerships Group (SPG), you will play a key role in shaping and driving the development of data partnerships across emerging media channels, including digital, TV, radio, social, and Out-of-Home. You will be responsible for overseeing the full product lifecycle-from ideation to execution-ensuring our data assets are effectively leveraged for targeted advertising and measurement. Your leadership will help streamline product development, enhance operational efficiency, and align product roadmaps with business objectives.

Pay Range: $95,000-$125,000
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

You will be responsible for overseeing the full product lifecycle-from ideation to execution-ensuring our data assets are effectively leveraged for targeted advertising and measurement. Your leadership will help streamline product development, enhance operational efficiency, and align product roadmaps with business objectives.
What You'll Achieve
- Collaborate with business teams to assess ongoing needs and translate them into actionable product and engineering requirements.
- Engage with end-users, stakeholders, and engineers to define product solutions that align with strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap and backlog, ensuring timely execution of key initiatives.
- Write detailed user stories, establish acceptance criteria, and track product development progress in an Agile environment.
- Create UI mockups, process flows, and documentation to enhance transparency and business continuity.
- Lead sprint planning sessions, participate in Agile ceremonies, and track sprint performance to ensure seamless product execution.
- Coordinate global product roadmaps with teams in the U.S. and India, ensuring alignment on prioritization and execution.
- Communicate product updates, release notes, and key developments to stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Work closely with client teams to identify and prioritize hotfixes and address critical business needs.
- Monitor and resolve product issues, helping to remove blockers and ensure smooth execution of key initiatives.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or product management.
- 2+ years working within a digital marketing or data-focused organization.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, data partnerships, and the competitive landscape.
- Experience in business/product workflow mapping and requirements gathering.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including backlog management and sprint execution.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
- Experience in data management, system integration, or digital marketing.
- Prior experience as a SCRUM product owner.
- Familiarity with SQL, ETL, Big Data, APIs, and web technologies.
- Exposure to product implementation within the AdTech or MarTech ecosystem.
