Senior ServiceNow Developer

The Swift Group is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to provide development and process improvement support of the Global Infrastructure Business System (GIBS) custom application suite and other requirements on the enterprise and non-enterprise ServiceNow platforms. As a part of this work, you will be responsible for:

• Create new, or refine existing, capabilities on the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop and deploy technical capabilities using low- and pro-code development principles and capabilities.
• Engage in incident and problem management and perform defect remediation.
• Use ServiceNow's Automated Test Framework to ensure sufficient test coverage to allow for rapid deployment to production.
• Create, maintain and optimize the product and service catalog and supporting workflows.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated experience using web development technologies, specifically JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Demonstrated experience developing ServiceNow, or advanced experience with software development or experience with low-code development platforms and the aptitude to develop ServiceNow experience.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, or completion of requisite ServiceNow training for the certification.
• Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• HS Diploma
• US Citizenship and an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
