The role

We are looking for a senior commercially minded solutions engineer to join our Growth Team in New York.

You are client-first and passionate about bringing an exciting new AI product to the banking market in the US. You will play a pivotal role in our Go To Market team and strategy by partnering with our Enterprise Account Executives to deliver excellent customer experiences in the presales process.

What you'll bring to the team
  • Experience selling Enterprise software to large clients, preferably in the banking space
  • Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to document processes in excellent detail
  • Excellent stakeholder and project management skills, with a focus on translating business requirements into technology solutions
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders at large organizations, preferably in the banking space
  • Enjoys working in a fast pasted and consistently evolving environment
  • Excellent time management and organization skills to manage multiple clients
  • Ability to work closely internally with product and engineering teams to influence roadmap based on client feedback

We have a tight knit team in the US and want to provide flexibility to work where you work best. For this role given the nature of partnering with team members across Codat and the close interaction with the sales team we recommend 3-4 days in the office per week.
