Description:
- 8+ years of experience as a data engineer
- Strong experience in executing Snowflake development projects
- Implementing a fully operational production grade large scale data solution on Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Must have hands-on Azure, AWS cloud platforms
- Expertise and deep understanding in SQL and relational databases
- Collaborate with business analysts to translate functional requirements and reporting wireframes into technical requirements.
- Design, build, and optimize ELT pipelines that populate the data warehouse.
- Execute ad-hoc research, ranging from basic SQL queries to building more advanced analytical models.
- Contribute to and present in peer-led design sessions and code reviews.
- Experience in the ETL process and any of the ETL tool.
- Should able to work independently & interact business users & technical stakeholders
- Prior knowledge in processing real time and streaming data
- Excellent hands-on experience in trouble shooting the problems and improving the performance of application processes by Debugging, tuning and tracing.
- Good problem solving and analytical skill in transforming existing on-premise system
