What you'll do:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive technology plan for hydro processing across downstream assets.
- Identify and drive improvement opportunities in unit operations to improve process safety, compliance, and reliability.
- Lead and coordinate the Community of Practice for hydro processing, ensuring consistent practices and adherence to engineering standards.
- Provide technical assurance on projects and support refinery efforts related to MOC, PHA's, HazOp's, and investigations.
- Mentor and develop technical resources and build tailored training agendas for unit engineers and operations staff.
Who you are:
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering
- 20+ years of downstream unit operations and technical experience.
- 5+ years of specialized experience in hydro processing or hydrocracking.
- Professional Certification or License in Engineering is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of coordinated utilities systems and technical training in hydro processing technologies.
