Position Overview:
This position is responsible for daily treasury activities, inventory accounting, the general ledger, and portions of the month-end closure. It will also provide professional support during financial audits.
The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000. The role offers a generous benefits package, an annual bonus opportunity, and half-day Fridays! This position will work on-site in our San Clemente office.

- Month-end close process
- Account reconciliation preparation
- Standard cost accounting and variance explanations
- Treasury and banking functions
- Accounting policies and procedures documentation
- Special projects and ad hoc reporting per request of the Controller or higher
- Audit and footnote support.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
- At least three years of directly related experience, preferably in a mix of Public Accounting and Private Industry.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and concepts
- Familiarity with how ERP systems work, particularly experience with SAP Business ByDesign
- Understanding of what a standard cost accounting system is; the types of variances that they generate
- Familiarity of treasury and cash management
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Ability to generate clear and concise reports
- Detail orientation
- Ability to track multiple ongoing tasks in an organized fashion
- Ability to work effectively with other members of the Finance team, Operations, Sales, and Marketing.
