Senior Staff Accountant

Paul Davis Restoration is looking for a Senior Staff Accountant to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving financial accuracy and organizational success.
What We Do:
Since 1966, Paul Davis Restoration has been a leader in property damage mitigation, content restoration, and reconstruction. We pride ourselves on exceptional service, quality, and expertise, helping customers restore calm in the aftermath of disasters.
What You'll Do:
- Reconcile accounts and analyze financial data.
- Manage month-end close processes, including accruals and reporting.
- Assist with cash flow management and payroll accounting.
- Support compliance with US GAAP, internal controls, and federal/state regulations.
- Collaborate on budget planning, forecasting, and KPI analysis.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- 3-5 years of accounting experience; construction or restoration experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or Sage Intacct; Power BI or similar reporting tools preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with CRM software like Salesforce is a bonus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
