Description:
This Senior Staff Accountant reports to our VP Finance/ Corporate Controller. EBR is a global organization, and you will play a key role in our accounting operations and financial closes, including preparing reporting packages, performing account reconciliations, assisting with consolidations and intercompany entries, maintaining the general ledger, supporting audits, and performing other accounting functions as assigned.

Salary Range
$90,600 - $116,400*
*Base pay is one part of your total compensation. The salary offered will depend on several factors, including, but not limited to your experience, knowledge, skills, location, internal equity, and market alignment. Addition compensation may include bonuses and equity, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Responsible for a variety of complex month-end closing activities, journal entry preparation, account analysis, intercompany transactions, payroll analysis, and account reconciliations.
- Operate independently, be flexible in an environment with evolving and changing business processes.
- Oversee A/R and manage collection activities.
- Participate in projects and initiatives related to existing or new processes/implementations as needed.
- Assist with semi-annual review and annual financial statement audit, including the preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules.
Other Duties and Responsibilities

Required Education, Knowledge, and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- 4+ years of experience in accounting
- CPA or CPA Candidate preferred.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Revenue accounting knowledge is required, and A/P and A/R experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of MS Office suite of products is required; experience with NetSuite (or similar ERP application) is preferred, as is experience with Concur.
- Autonomous, detail-oriented team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding analytical, multitasking, prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
- Adaptable to change, able to take ownership of tasks, and excited about taking on new responsibilities
Physical Requirements:
- Required to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms. Required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.
- Subject to extended periods of sitting and/or standing, vision to monitor, and moderate noise levels.
