Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer with a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license to lead and manage structural engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in structural design and project management, and will play a key role in delivering innovative and effective engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead structural engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Perform structural analysis and design using various software tools including AutoCAD, Revit, and RISA.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure project success.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians in their professional development.
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and compliance with design specifications.
• Prepare detailed engineering reports, specifications, and documentation for project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is required.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in structural engineering design and project management.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D modeling, and structural analysis software such as Autodesk Robot and RISA.
• Strong understanding of building codes and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
