What You'll Do
- Maintain responsible charge over multiple structures projects
- Lead marketing efforts for the structures discipline (preparation of Letter of Response and other Technical Proposals)
- Manage structures projects and direct structures group resources to produce a quality product
- Provide quality control reviews when necessary
- Provide mentorship in the structures mentoring program
- Assist in strategic planning for the future growth of the PGA structures group
- Capable of serving the responsible charge role for miscellaneous structures, bridge design and rehabilitation
What You'll Need
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE)
- 10- 20+ years of experience
What You'll Bring
- Excellent verbal communications skills and the ability to interact with a variety of clients
- Excellent attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
- Must be able to effectively prioritize and assign work and meet deadlines
- Excellent ability to perform multiple tasks in an organized manner and concurrently
- Demonstrates leadership qualities in all aspects while continuing to produce at a high level
