- The Senior Supervising Clinician will play a crucial role in clinical management, client care, programmatic development, and mentorship.
- This position is ideal for a clinician with strong clinical intuition, a commitment to learning, and experience or a passion for clinical supervision.
- Clinical Supervision:
- Provide direct supervision to a small group of clinicians, fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment based on a constructivist and reflective supervisory model.
- Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with supervisees, encouraging open communication and professional development.
- Offer guidance and feedback on clinical cases, ethical dilemmas, and best practices in therapy.
- Support clinical supervisees in adhering to ethical standards while guiding them in the development of their unique clinical abilities
- Clinical Practice:
- Manage a caseload of clients, providing high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based therapeutic services.
- Specialize in reproductive, perinatal, and early family mental health, with a commitment to ongoing professional development in these areas.
- Programmatic Development:
- Contribute to the growth and development of programs, bringing creativity and enthusiasm to meet the evolving needs of our community.
- Collaborate with the clinical management team to implement new initiatives and improve existing services.
- Professionalism and Administration:
- Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation, adhering to administrative requirements and ethical standards.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.

- Are committed to reproductive, perinatal, and early family mental health, and have some specialized training and experience with this population, including training in couples work, family work, and/or parent-child relationship work
- Provide ethical and best practice care with high integrity and seeks support from colleagues when necessary
- Are committed to ongoing professional development in evidence-based and best-practice care
- Demonstrate strong self-reflective capacity and eagerness to receive reflective supervision/mentorship and serve as an active team member in a collaborative environment
- Are enthusiastic about participating in a wellness community with a commitment to collaborative client care.
- Are interested in reflective practice and supervision, and have a passion for helping clinicians develop their own unique professional identities
- Work independently to provide clients with an exceptional therapy experience
- Are currently paneled with major insurance companies and Medicaid in Colorado, or are willing to become paneled

- Full Clinical Licensure in the state of Colorado is required (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) and 3000 + post-degree clinical hours
- At least five years of progressively-responsible experience on a clinical team, preferably with some amount of supervisory experience or interest in clinical supervision
- Has or is willing to undergo formal basic training in perinatal mental health
- Has additional training, basic knowledge, or experience with couples and family systems, child-focused therapy, addiction, and/or trauma treatment.
