Description:
Job Summary: Responsible for oversight and management of the Services information systems and user support programs as well as responsible for managing oversite of associates who support the day to day functions of the services systems. Duties and Responsibilities: Provides support to Services system end-users including troubleshooting system application testing and training. - Performs as a business lead including requirements and process development of systems projects. Acts as liaison between services and information technology IT as well as other codes to include Field Operations Distribution Contracts and Facilities. - Partners with IT and business users to define system requirements develop functional specifications and perform system and end-user testing. - Develops test scenarios scripts test plans design documents training documents including functionality testing on new patch releases system enhancements and new version releases. - Monitor and resolve requests from end users within an established timeframe as it relates to the services systems. Partner with IT when necessary to identify and determine a resolution. - Develop and execute user acceptance testing in cooperation with IT. - Partner with all team members technical and functional to meet company objectives. Maintain communication with team members team leader and Code N senior management. - Develops and implements programs plans policies and procedures related to services business objectives. - Partners with business users to drive process improvements. - Creates reports to use for data analysis and to prevent system errors and issues. - Ability to use Microsoft Access and Excel to design and analyze reports and troubleshoot system issues. - Responsible for the development and implementation of an effective training program for modules relating to the services system for end users. Coordinates training with appropriate divisions to maximize potential and benefits of the services systems. - Develops and implements programs plans policies and procedures related to training user support and services objectives. - Responsible for managing oversite of associates who support the day to day functions of the services systems. - Reports directly to the Director of Store Operations Services. Performs other related duties as assigned. The incumbent of this position must file a Financial Disclosure Report OGE Form 450 as required
Requires a total of six years of experience:
GENERAL EXPERIENCE:
Three years of general experience in a retail operations, business systems, or customer service environment, which enabled the applicant to gain knowledge of computer programs and operational practices; skill in dealing with others in person-to-person work relationships; and the ability to exercise mature judgment.
OR SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION FOR EXPERIENCE: One year of education above the high school level may be substituted for 9 months of experience, up to a maximum of a 4 year bachelor's degree for three years of general experience.
AND SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
Three years of progressively responsible experience in services or retail operations, demonstrating a solid understanding of business processes and their impact on execution. Experience includes:
-Managing and processing operational data; creating and analyzing reports using Microsoft Access and Excel to support business decisions and resolve system issues;
-Supporting system changes by writing and executing test scripts, developing user documentation, and assisting with version rollouts and training;
-Providing user support, resolving system issues, and coordinating with IT as needed;
-Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess business needs, improve processes, and implement system strategies;
-Monitoring system performance and maintaining accurate documentation and training materials.
And supervision of exempt or non-exempt personnel.
