Senior Systems Administrator

Red Arch Solutions (RAS) is building an Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) that will facilitate the transition and retirement of duplicative and legacy data services and provide an automated, modernized, enterprise data platform within a secure environment.? The EDP will enhance data-driven decisions into next-level improvements to enable execution of swift and appropriate action.

As a Systems Administrator, you will provide expert-level technical support, serving as a key escalation point for complex issues within our support environment. This role focuses on installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for a variety of IT infrastructures across client systems, including server, application, and network components.

Basic Job Duties:

• Monitors performance ensuring system is operational.
• Performs O&M administration.
• Solves virtualization issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement solutions to remediate issues.
• Monitor alerts and provide end-user support as needed.
• Works on Oracle maintenance and support tasks.
• Works on automating notification of any critical website and services that are not operational.
• Works on mediating Information System Vulnerability Management (ISVM).
• Mediate and resolve security vulnerability findings, collaborating with Oracle as necessary.
• Works on Oracle server patching
• Automate notifications for any critical site and service downtimes.
• Supporting applications as a primary or secondary support person.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience or Associates Degree + 8 years, Bachelor Degree + 6 years, or Master Degree + 4 years experience.
• Experience managing Oracle resources.
• Proven experience in systems administration or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of system architecture principles and best practices.
• 8570 certification required (Sec+)
