JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a talented Senior Systems Analyst. This position will be a hands-on teammate contributing to an Agile DevOps scrum team. Perks include continuous training opportunities, flexible work hours, and amazing team culture.

This position is primarily on-site, requiring four days per week in the office, with the option to work remotely one day per week. Work location will be at one of the following offices: Versailles, OH; Austin Landing, OH; Glasgow, KY; or Kansas City, MO.

ESSENTIAL/PRIMARY DUTIES:
  • Participate on Agile teams, implementing new or enhancing existing system solutions
  • Contribute to process map development for new systems and/or inter-dependencies
  • Participate in data definitions & structures and data management methods for systems
  • Contribute to the upgrade of existing computer systems or the installation of new systems
  • Ensure system's integrity is maintained; performance requirements are achieved, and security compliance is continuously met.
  • Work closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts to create the product backlog, user stories and behavior driven acceptance criteria related to system configuration needs
  • Conduct training to teammates on how to use upgraded or newly installed systems
  • Identify and analyze system problems driving timely resolution to sustain business operations and efficiency
  • Contribute to the definition, configuration, and modification of systems including encoding, testing, and debugging - implementing automation wherever possible
  • Work with an Agile team to help drive the automation of Behavior Driven Development scenarios integrated into the release pipeline process
  • Continuously learn and apply best practices in support of DevOps and modern software delivery

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree in management information systems, systems analysis, computer science or related field, or 2-Year Associate degree with relevant experience
  • 3+ years of related work experience
  • Minimum 1 year experience with ERP systems and other supporting critical business process applications
  • Knowledge and understand relational database concepts and SQL


To land this job, you will need the following:
  • Experience with Oracle EBS modules, with focus in Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance or Order Management
  • Working level knowledge of technical data management techniques and constructs
  • Exhibit Agile Principles and apply methods in realizing new solution opportunities
  • The ability to apply design thinking conceptual methods as part of identifying system needs
  • Knowledge of configuration management techniques
  • Working level Knowledge of techniques and tools for automated testing of system functionality and features
  • Understanding of relevant Agile testing practices
  • Effective interpersonal relationship skills supporting change management

Preferred Skills & Experience:
  • PL/SQL experience
  • Manufacturing and service company experience
  • Understanding of Behavior Driven Development scenarios
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, DALL E) and their applications in content creation, brainstorming, or productivity enhancement.
