Job Summary

The Senior Systems Analyst understands business processes, process management, and IT managed service requirements. Bring definition to requirements, optimization, continuous improvement, and approved changes to our business processes and IT solutions through development of business processes and functional/technical requirement. Ensure the IT Outsourcer is meeting delivery expectations and Service level agreements. Help the design and distribution of reusable technical components to improve development delivery processes. Oversee development, integration, testing, and maintenance of existing and enhancements of proprietary platform applications. Contribute to product feature prioritization and technology roadmaps with development vendor resources and integration resources.

Position Responsibilities
  • Participate in strategy discussions and other department discussions to understand and capture high-level needs.
  • Communicate status of IT effort and incidents to important team members.
  • Develop requirements for new computer programs, constructing workflows and diagrams.
  • Prioritize requirements with partners.
  • Understand end-to-end application environment and work with architects to validate capabilities are being build according to strategic direction.
  • Validate business and technical requirements are met during the project delivery process.
  • Oversee IT Outsourcer service management (problem management, issues escalation, and change management).
  • Help with the develop and test applications, and provide maintenance support
  • Participate in rapid planning, design, coding, unit testing, and review
  • Provide basic design documents and translate into component-level designs to accelerate development.
  • Help develop technical documentation; participate in test-plan development, integration and deployment
  • Review project requirements, functional specifications and detailed designs of application solutions for fellow IT functions and project management.
  • Helps develop detailed technical specifications and designs for projects / system enhancements
  • Develop operating procedures and user manuals for transition into routine operations
  • Oversee and provide guidance to IT Outsourcer for application administration, development, configuration and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Help track and influence IT Outsourcer service performance and escalation
  • Partner with application software vendors on services, system lifecycle and contract/license management
  • Support financial management and forecasting for associated IT costs


Position Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree Required (Computer Science or other degrees)
  • 5+ years in Information Technology or relevant experience
  • Working knowledge of systems architecture concepts and methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of relevant application platforms and their application
  • Working knowledge of infrastructure platforms and their application
  • Define a project plan and lead project
  • Experience working with an outsourced vendor
  • Working knowledge to expert across a broad range of SAP modules
  • Working knowledge of SAP Development experience
  • Working knowledge of enterprise applications
  • Ability to travel up to 10% annually


Compensation:
Pay Range:$90,900-$132,300

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
