Martek Global Services, Inc. ("Martek") working a proposal with the Bureau of Engraving and Printing for Information Technology Operations and Maintenance Support. We are currently looking for a Senior Systems Engineer with the required specialized training and experiences outlined below.

Responsibilities & Duties
- Familiarity with Microsoft Domain Administration, Active Directory, domain controllers, Domain Names Services (DNS)
- Familiarity with basic network technologies and capable of troubleshooting minor network connectivity issues such as network interface card (NIC), cabling, TCP/IP configuration issues
- Basic messaging system administration (e-mail); PC and server hardware familiarity including the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues using configuration analysis and subsystem (hard drive, memory, monitors, and power supplies)
- Repair/replacement procedures
- Respond to trouble tickets from the Service Desk automated trouble ticketing system
- Preform hardware and software System, including patches, upgrades, service packs, and hotfixes to ensure system availability, reliability, and serviceability.
- Persons in this position will also be responsible for backup and recovery functions.

- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
