The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a highly talented Senior Systems Engineer to join our Fusion Analysis & Development Effort (FADE) team. As a key member of the team, you will work on critical U.S. Government missions, leveraging the latest technologies in Cloud Computing and DevSecOps. You'll collaborate closely with agile development, mission engineering, infrastructure, site reliability engineering, and security teams to manage and track system changes as new capabilities are added.

We work directly with operational users to design, develop, and maintain capabilities that empower analysts to manage and fuse data from multiple sources of intelligence, supporting vital national security missions

Responsibilities:
  • Own the execution of mission partner's intelligence requirements on FADE
  • Collaborate with software developers, operations integrators, customers, and end-users
  • Manage and update program technical documents
  • Conduct technical briefings to the FADE Program Management Office (PMO)
  • Serve as Integration Factory Point of Contact
  • Coordinate Edge CVE updates and deployments
  • Manage EVM (Earned Value Management) metrics
  • Track and report Agile Development metrics
  • Coordinate testing activities across teams
  • Assist in ECP (Engineering Change Proposal) and ROM (Rough Order of Magnitude) development


Qualifications:

Required:
  • U.S. Citizen
  • Active TS/SCI clearance (preferably with a recent polygraph)
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
  • Minimum 12 years of experience as a systems engineer or in a related field
  • Strong communication and technical writing skills
  • Understanding of software and systems engineering principles
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies
  • Bias toward action on behalf of user needs
  • Ability to collaborate, problem-solve, and prioritize tasks effectively


Desired:
  • Experience managing projects of medium to high scale and complexity
  • Understanding of the Intelligence Community's TCPED process
  • Familiarity with geospatial data types, data fusion, and analytic methodologies
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$114,600 - 252,100 USD
