Purpose:
We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who is ready to roll up their sleeves and drive high-impact recruiting efforts across both technical and non-technical functions-from hourly frontline roles to executive leadership.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that partners closely with Hiring Managers, C-Suite Executive Leaders, and cross-functional teams to bring top talent into the organization. Responsibilities:
- Manage full cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and pre-boarding
- Deliver a high-touch, consultative partnership to hiring managers with clear, consistent communication and tailored support
- Conduct thorough intake meetings to define role scope, align on process, and provide market insights and strategic recommendations
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and creative outreach strategies
- Maintain strong candidate engagement through timely communication and transparency at every stage of the hiring process
- Coordinate interview logistics and ensure all stakeholders are prepared with relevant materials and aligned evaluation criteria
- Keep candidate records and process updates accurate and up-to-date in the ATS for clear visibility and reporting
- Provide thoughtful feedback and challenge hiring decisions when appropriate to ensure quality and alignment
- Share clear weekly status updates with hiring managers, including pipeline health, obstacles, and next-step strategies
- Partner closely with People Ops and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and positive experience from recruitment through onboarding
- Build and improve scalable recruiting processes, tools, and workflows that support efficiency and consistency
- Lead and support the performance of contract recruiters as needed, ensuring alignment with hiring goals and timelines
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience corporate recruiting for an array of tech and non-tech requisitions, inclusive of niche and senior-level positions
- Startup experience highly desirable, with proven ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to shifting priorities, goals, and hiring needs
- Strong experience partnering directly with executive leadership, including C-suite and VP-level stakeholders, to align on hiring strategies and drive results
- You can speak to your track record of successfully sourcing, assessing, and hiring top talent across various functions and levels, at an average rate of 4 hires per month
- You exemplify a high degree of charisma, demonstrating the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates and hiring managers alike, fostering strong relationships and promoting a positive image of the company and Talent Acquisition Team

- You are self-assured a recruiter who embraces challenges and demonstrates the courage to voice concerns or push back when faced with obstacles, contributing to open and effective communication and getting ahead of roadblocks
- Eye for talent and the ability to exercise quick, solid people judgment and decision-making.
