As our Senior Talent Manager, you will be responsible for executing a scalable, long-term recruiting strategy that aligns with EMBREY's goals, while ensuring efficient daily operations that consistently attract and hire top talent.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage the daily operations of the in-house interview program to ensure effective candidate evaluation and a consistent hiring process.
- Lead and oversee the recruiting team in their daily activities, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates, while providing ongoing training, development, and support.
- Review recruitment metrics and reports to track progress, assess the effectiveness of recruiting strategies, and make data-driven decisions for short-term recruitment activities.
- Write and place compelling job advertisements across various platforms to attract qualified candidates for open positions for various role types across all of our EMBREY divisions.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by implementing feedback mechanisms and addressing candidate inquiries promptly. Develop a recruiting process that leverages Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) to ensure timely communication, efficient workflows, and a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and develop targeted recruiting strategies that meet departmental needs and their growth for 1-5 years.
- Collaborate with the Training Administrator, Technology Services, and hiring managers to streamline the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the EMBREY during their first week of employment.
- Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, reduce time-to-fill, and improve the quality of hires.
Qualifications
- 6 - 10 years' experience in recruiting/talent acquisition management, KPI metrics, people management, and HRIS recruitment administration.
- Attention to detail; deadline- and results-focused.
- Strong analytical and computer skills.
- Recruiting certification preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in HR, POS, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related degree is required.
